Football Manager is one of the best-selling computer games of all time and traces its roots in the Sinclair Spectrum computer game, developed by Addictive Games in 1982, which sold over a million copies world-wide by 1992.
The current Football manager game started life in 2004 and took the game to the next level with added realism including pre- and post-match info, player contracts and even manager “mind games”. There was even a documentary film about the game released in the UK in 2014.
As part of the SportPesa partnership, Football Manager will feature in-game advertising during matches and there will be dual-branded content and competitions available on SportPesa’s social media channels.
